Driver seat 850 1995

I fixed my cable a month ago, goto volvospeed.com, than go to bay 13
there is a step by step description wih photos,

I pretty easy once you peel off the leather,

I ended up fixing the existing cable, the problem is the cable is a to short
and allows the male end of the cable to round off.

basically there is a cable with square ends on each side that ride inside
of housing like a bike brake cable, I ended up shortening the housing
which lengthend the cable,

remove the cable, take a lighter to the end cap to soften the housing
so you can remove the end cap, than remove the cable from the housing,
than i clipped off 10mm , heated up the housing slid the cap back on,
than I took a grinder to the end of the cable to sqaure it up, put it
all back, works perfect,,

instead of hog clips use zip ties for the leather,
good luck
