850 intercooler 850 1994

I damaged mine too a few years back, but it was just cracked on the bottom. I ended up getting a fiberglass repair kits for boats and used the moto-tool to hog out some extra plastic on the cooler to fully expose the crack. Filled it with quick set epoxy, fiberglass tape and another layer of epoxy. It's been 3 years since this reapir and I have had zero issues.

The intercooler replacement is not difficult. It's as hard as to replace as the radiator -- no big deal.
