Is this an Engine Mount Problem anyone? 850 1995

When i accelerrate i hear a noise, and its gets a litte bit louder the harder i push the car. the noise is not extremely loud, but it sorta is like a popping noise. I'm guessing its an engine mount. I have 150k on my car and i dont think its been replaced before. Also, would anyone know how manyhours of labor a shop would charge for the mount, and how much the mount costs itself? Thanks
