Changing the ABS controller - is it easy? V70-XC70 1998

Thanks to various answers here in response to my last post it appears I need a new ABS controller to correct a frequent error light. I ahve found a website that can provide a re-manufactured one for £250 ($387) and I have located the unit underneath the ABS pump.

It appears to be fixed on by 4 or 5 small stellar-headed bolts. Is it a straightforward job just to remove these and replace the controller? Is there anything else I need to know before doing this myself?

All advice gratefully received - and thanks to all of you who answered the previous question.
