Anyone Recommend Running a Non-OEM Pad to Reduce Brake Dust???

I have to do pads/rotors on my 850 Turbo wagon. I hate the brake dust, but love the performance of the brakes.

Is there an alternative to the OEM pad that cuts down on dust, and doesn't kill performance???

I am N-O-T concerned about increased rotor wear - I'm concerned about performance and brake dust. I just ordered a set of Team Dynamics Motorsport wheels and would like to TRY to keep them clean.
