850 stereo has punch, S70 doesn't....why? S70

What I described earlier, regarding the black tweeters visible on the hat shelf, was only relevant to the Dynaudio speaker kit. Installing the stock speakers requires no modifications to the hat shelf.

No speaker box required or integrated. The stock rear speakers, as well as the 8" Dynaudio subwoofers, include an integrated plastic mounting bracket that makes them a drop-in upgrade for your car.

As for the amp, it installs in the center console, behind and underneath the existing stereo. It's a four channel amp that connects to the same speaker wiring as your as your head unit. So each left or right front door and dash combination is one channel, as is each left or right rear door and hat shelf combination.
