Lost of Performance 850 1995

I have a 1995 850 T-5 175k miles with TME ECU upgrade and a SuperSprint Cat back exhaust. I've notice the last few months that I've got less boost/horsepower. The plugs and Cap are new (Volvo) and the wires have 35k on them. I was wondering if my performance problems could be the ignition coil. It's original and has 175k on it. Should the ignition coil be changed? If so when and how often. Does the ignition coil lose power after a while? BTW the wire between the ignition coil and cap was replaced 35k ago.

Second thing is that I had my Downpipe replaced around New Years and when they did it the must have broken the Cotter pin on the wastegate. I know this because 2 months later the rod came of the wastegate. I brought it back to the dealer and they put the rod back on the wastegate. When they did this I think they must have adjusted the wastegate away from my settings. Which way should I adjust the wastegate? Do I want to lengthen the rod or shorten it? I understand that if I adjust it to much the engine will cut off when too much boost is achieved, but if I adjust it just right to a point that it will just miss the over boost it that the desired position.

Lastly when these knuckle heads put on the new Volvo downpipe they miss aligned the install and it vibrated the heat shield under the car. After trying to have the dealer fix it 2 times I just went to a local muffler shop and he fixed it in two seconds, BUT he put some type of cement putty over the Downpipe end that connects to the catback. He said it would help seal it. My concern is that when he put the two together some of the cement leaked in to the exhaust. Could this have slightly closed up my exhaust and caused a performance issue?
