No dash board & gear shift box light => fixed 850

My dashboard & gear shift box light out of light , I had check the fuse ( No 35 ) and check the switch of headlight , everything is ok.

I check the haynes manual to trace the circuit , I assume the rheostat (dimmer switch ) is fail .

As follow the indication of circuit , I connect the pin no 3 to no 4 of rheostat , bypass the rheostat , the light comes back .

Before I buy another rheostat , I can see the dashboard very clear in the night , don't got to overspeed ....

any one have a used rheostat of volvo 850 ( 1995 ) ? I am in Taiwan , if any one can help please let me know . New one is too expansive ( over 80 usd )...
