rear brakes wearing very slowly 850 1994

My 850 has 105K miles and the rear brakes dont seem to worn as much as I would expect. The pads seem about 20-30% worn - plenty of padding left. The rotors are not worn down much but are somewhat 'grooved' and not shiny like the front rotors.

I'm concerned they arent adjusted properly or that the calipers are not working as they should. The rear brakes do work to some extent - I am unable to manually turn the wheel when the brake pedal is depressed.

I replaced rotors and pads on the front brakes around 75K and the car stops ok.

Any advice appreciated.
