Rear passenger window won't go back up S70 1998

Hi everyone,

Today I lowered both rear windows for my dog who was riding in the back seat. When I returned home, I tried to close the windows and only one of the two went back up. I then tried to operate the malfunctioning window from it's own switch, and that did not work either. Now it is stuck down and that is a real security problem.

Is this a motor problem? Any quick checks I can do? Is there any way to get the window to close manually? I'd really hate to leave it open overnight.

Thank you to anyone with any ideas!
