Automatic transmission driving modes?

S- Sport mode: gear change is associated with higher rpm shift points.

E- Economy mode: gear change is associated with lower rpm shift points.

W- The transmission starts out from stop in 3rd gear to improve traction.

For general all aroung driving the economy mode will usually suffice. For driving in mountain areas you may want sport mode for improved drop down for passing or hill climbing.
