My 1995 850's (142K) fan blows sometimes, sometimes it doesnt. I removed the dash and checked as best I could for loose wires and loose relay (the blue one). Sometimes when the fan blows it makes a ticking noise; sometimes it makes no noise. This happens on both the AC and heat.

Do I need a new fan? How difficult to replace? Any idea of cost? A
