Rear Upper engine mount replacement V70-XC70 1998

Hi fellow bricksters,
I just bought a '98 v70 GLT, my first FWD volvo. This is a different beast than my RWD volvos, but I am learning fast, thanks to this board.

The rear upper rubber engine mount is broken and there is a lot of play. I'll probably go to the 2 part urethane bushing, since is easy to replace in the future, but I read about increased vibration in the cabin from urethane mount. I also read from somebody on this board, that there is no need to change this bushing, to let be. That doesn't sound volvoish.
My question is should I replace with the original rubber bushing, upgrade to the urethane or leave it alone.
Thanks,
