Clunk when stopping but not when in Neutral?? 850 1995

My 850 Turbo (automatic) clunks twice when stopping. Just as the car stops, I can hear and feel a "clunk, clunk". The feel is in the steering wheel not in the pedal. The rotors are 4 months old and the PBR pads are 8 months old. Yes, I used the 4 month old pads when changing the rotors.

I have been ignoring the problem for a few months. Today when stopping with the car in neutral, there is no "clunk, clunk". I checked the rotors with thermometer after driving. The fronts are each just over 100 degrees and the rears are just over 80 degrees. The calipers do not appear to be stuck.

I pulled the left wheel off yesterday and found nothing unusual.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
