Rusting Wheel Bolts S70 1998

Most likely it is the sway bar bushings. I had the same trouble and it was fixed with a good lubrication of the bushings. It is easy to do the job and you don't have to remove the bar. Disconnect the link rods, loosen the bolts holding the bushings in place, lube and reconnect everything. No more noise.
