Heater Core going bad? Heater Smell

Matt,

I have the exact same symptoms. I started getting the
smell last year. I ride around with the window cracked
as I am also concerned with toxins.

The heater cores on these cars
maybe a weak point. When I get a chance I'm
going to open the heater core cover box and see
if the slow leak is from the O-rings or couplers
or from the core itself.
