Odd squeek from left front 850

We started noticing it last weekend on a trip. It starts to be heard around 25 mph, and stops around 50 mph. It is constant pitch (doesn't vary with speed), something similar to the sound of a seagull, if you can picture that. It makes the sound with the car moving in gear (A/T) or in neutral, with brakes applied and without. You can hear inside the cabin, and outside as you drive by. When slowing, the sound always stops around 20-25 mph.

It is loud enough that some pedestrians turned their heads to gawk.

So, what do you think this could be?

Thanks
