Unfortunately, loosening the bolt should have been the easy part. Installing the bushing will either require pressing in the new OEM style bushing or slipping in the pieces of the solid "IPD" style bushing.

Again here, the '93 model is slightly different from the later years when it comes to replacing the OEM style. On the later years, one side of the bracket is flared to help the bushing start into the bracket easier so typically someone at home could rig a device to press the new bushing in. On '93's the bracket has no flare and replacing the bushing is much harder. I've heard that the later bracket is available from the dealer with the bushing already installed for around $90 making it a bolt-on fix. I can't confirm this firsthand however.

Personally, I'd put a big cheater bar on that bolt and hope for the best.
