Dealer Repair Rant S70

So I take my S70 in to get a squeak looked at, and they say it is the upper strut bushings that need replaced, and proceed to quote me over $500.00 in time and materials to fix this! Is this price reasonable for this type of job? Normally, I wouldn't really question 'professionals', but later that day I called in to see if it is covered by my warranty [Certified Pre-Owned Program], and they said it was....so I called the dealer back, and they said no problem.....we will fix it under warranty. I receive the new invoice, and on it shows the total cost of the job to be something like $157.00, with only a $50 dollar deductable due... Now that sure as heck is more reasonable than over $500!! Hmmmmmmmm..... Any one else have similar experiance? Or am I just missing something here.

Thanks!
