Info on new Bushings/Mounts?!?! 850 1997

Looking for suggestions on installing new suspension bushings and engine mounts:
Should I go OEM or aft mkt? I would like to "improve"(at least in the beginning) the vibrations I get over bad road surfaces. I believe polyu. bushings would make it worse, right?? I'm thinking since I have 140K(30K being mine)miles, these items must be worn out by now. I've already changes most of the items that takes a beating, so this is next. Anyone done this and what's you experience? any specific brands you can suggest. Is this a DIY job? TIA, BD
