So 2.1 hours at how much per hour? Plus, how much per part? I'm still pretty sure it would be wayyyy below $500.... On the other hand, maybe not... because there *was* a $99 alignment charge included... Do you have standard labour rate and part cost info? If you do, and it comes close to $500 with the alignment, I might still have faith in the *professionalism* of the dealer techs. There was also a $25 shop materials charge, plus probably the car wash...
I appreciate your knowledgeable input -- thanks a million!

Anyone Else out there have similar situation? Curious -
