Respect your techs and they will respect your cars and you

What if I'm never let to speak the tech that works on my car? When I go to dealer and want to take the texh to a test drive with me to point on the noise I'm hearing, I get a reply that it won't be necessary, however, even when I'm there waiting for the courtesy shuttle, a tech takes my car from the parking lot and goes for a test drive. As long as my dealer/manager/service writer is honest with me, they'll have my full respect, and sincerity.
