Nah, this place will never opt for that. This is a public domain site (privately funded however) and will always be geared for public useage, pretty much a Do-It-Yourself type place. What I'm refering to is something where it'd be through either VEN or now VRC2 (dealer access only) but no one at VCNA wants to even try organizing such a thing as that'd entail more work than anyone would want to do.
