Need Help--Smoke everywhere 850 1994

I have a 850 Turbo. Recently my wife started the car and immediatly smoke began pouring out of the exhaust. Not just a little smoke I am talking about enough kill every mosquito in all of south Texas. I have oil everywhere under and around the turbo charger. I began disassembling in preparation to pull the turbo when I discoverd a vacuum hose off of the T-hose I think it is called. My question is, could this vacuum hose cause such a false fuel mixture to cause this much smoke or do you think I am getting that much oil into the exhaust via the turbo.

Thanks
abear
