I looked in the owners manual, recommended is 36/34psi when the vehicle is fully loaded ( four people and trunk full). 90% of the time it is myself or one other person and recommeded is 32/30psi (front/rear).
I checked with the local Volvo dealer and the techs said 30 psi was fine.
What are other options for making the ride a bit smoother?
