How long are outer CV boots lasting? 850 1995

Hi All,

I had both sides outer CV boots replaced 2 years ago,
about 20K miles ago. I just discovered that drivers out
ripped again. The Volvo independant used genuine Volvo
parts. How long shoud these last? Is there something
else worn out/broken causing the boot to tear early?
