Groaning noise from the front right of the car 850 1995

Every time I start(cold start *hasn't been driven for 8 hours*) my car, I will hear a groaning noise for maybe two blocks and then it will go away. Could it have something to do with any belts. It sounds like it near wear the timing belt is. My car has 115,000 miles on it and the timing belt was last changed at 70,000 miles. If the car is still warm and has been driven within the last couple of hours, it dosn't make that noise. Any idea what this could be?
