Groaning noise from the right front area 850 1995

Every time I start my car after its been sitting for more than 8 or more hours, I will hear a groaning noise for maybe one or two blocks driving around 20-35mph. Afterwards the noise seems to go away. It sounds like the noise is comming from the timing belt area. Anybody experience this before or knows what could be causing this.

P.S. I currently have 115,000 miles on this car and the last timing belt change was done at 70,000. So I don't thing it needs a timing belt change or maybe I'm wrong.
