Weak Heat continued - I think it might actually be the Serpetine belt...??? 850 1995

Ok, so here is the reasoning behind it. First off, when the car is running it seems as thought the squeal is coming from the belt. Secondly, if i put the car into position 2, when the engine is off, air still is being pushed through the vents if i turn it off, yet there is no squeal. SO basically, when the S belt isnt moving, the squeal is gone, so im guessing i dont have a bad blower motor?? Any thoughts?
