C70 vs. S60 C70

In your opinion, which new Volvo model is less complex in terms of mechanicals and electrics: a C70 or a base S60 2.4? I know that the C70 is still based on the old 850/70 platform, but I don't know if it would be more sophisticated than the new S60s, S80s, etc.
