No CD that I know of for private owners

You can try AllData.com but I do not know how they are going to charge private owners, not shop owners. I doubt it will be cheap. You can speak to their sales agents in your region.

If you subscribe (about $26/year), you are not allowed to save information in your computer but can print all you want. I made one good laser copy (of information I was interested in) and then made double sided work copies in multiple binders.
