Leaking washer fluid - WTF? 850 1995

As I filled the windshield washer fluid up to the Haynes-recommended level (about 1" below the top of the filler tube), I noticed my feet were getting wet. The fluid leaked out until the level was down to what appears to be the top of reservoir. Haven't had time to investigate, but it looks like the connection between the filler tube and the reservoir is bad. I know that it is held in place only by friction, so is there a good sealant/adhesive I can use? Has anybody seen this before? Any tips on a quick fix? Might it be leaking from a different spot?
