Leaking washer fluid - WTF? S60 1995

I had the same thing on my '98 S70. I pulled the black filler tube out and saw that there is a groove where it would make sense to put an o-ring to seal it off, but there is none. Volvo does not sell this as a separate part (far as I can tell) so I've been just trying to carefully fill it to below that level. If anyone finds a source of supply, pls advise!
