central electrical unit (CEU) V70-XC70 1999

If you have an "old" V70 (based on the S70) with left-hand-drive. The fog light relay is located behind the instrument panel just forward of your left knee. You have to remove the "hush panel" (noise reduction cover) under the instrument panel to access those relays. The fog light relay can be plugged in if you can find a child with small hands and long arms (I did it on a 1998 S70). You have to do it by feel, visibility is zero. Or, you have to take the I/P apart for better access.
