Tec Q on a V40 S40-V40

I finaly bourght a new Lambda sond and a new cat.

After installing it and driving around 1200 km the fuel economy is now back to normal (or a little better I get eround 12 km/l now.

The Cat dident have a lot of deposits in it - i belive the Lambda sond was the problem.

BTW tried to remove the ceramic filter in the cat and drive without anything in the cat (just a test) the car seemed to be no faster than usual (just my impresion - not messured) but it made a lot of noice - so it seems to be a bad idea to drive without cat.

The new lambda cost around 165 USD and a new cat cost 550 USD (original Volvo parts).
