Help with Airplane Noise S70 1998

hello when driving at about 20to30 mph cut the wheel left and right does the noise fluctuate if so you have a bad wheel bearing. if you cut the wheel right and the noise gets louder the left wheel bearing is bad.If you cut it left and it gets louder the right is bad.if the vehicle is all wheel drive you could have a propeller shaft bearing problem if the noise does not fluctuate when cutting the wheel.
