Post ABS Replacement: Flashing Service Light and No Speedometer? V70-XC70 1998

I have gone through some typical 1998 V70 (100k mi) problems is rapid order. I was getting a general power failure, that was briefly fixed by replacing the ignition. Then the power problem came back and the Speedometer stopped working (totally dead and no Odometer), and the service light started to flash on and off all the time. About this time I replaced the ABS Module myself, like you do, and the power problem disappeared. The Odometer works now, but still no Speedometer, and the Service Light is still flashing on and off (not steady like for a service interval).

So I am wondering:
Did fixing the ABS resolve my power problem, or is it just on hiatus again?
Any ideas on fixing the Speedometer given that the Odometer works?
What does a flashing service light means?

Thanks all!
