removing turbo down pipe to get to rotor and cap V70-XC70 1998

I have a 98 V70 R AWD. I am goging to change the rotor and cap. However, the turbo downpipe is in the way. Anyone know the correct procedure to remove the pipe? I tlookes like two clamps and a middle screw are holding it in place. What do I need to remove to get to these parts?
