Pwr Steering flushed,acting up. 850

Hi all,
Need help if anyone has experienced this. I flushed my 94 850's power steering a couple of days ago using the method discussed here and at Volvospeed. Now the steering is very stiff and rough at low speed and really resists doing anything if stationary. It feels like a loose belt, but I know it's not that as I didn't touch the drive belt.

Driving normally it operates fine.Could it be air in the system ??? therefore needs bleeding ?? I used Valvoline "F" type ATF.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Thanks,Rick.
