limited slip diff with ecu upgrades 850

Im looking at an 850r to relace my t5. Im thinking whether to go for an auto or manual. I have an auto at the moment and like it very much. I believe the auto's are quicker than manuals with the average driver behind the wheel. I have read that the r's have a limited slip diff that is good for putting down all that power.

I would be looking to have my R running at 310 bhp and was wondering whether you would need to have the manual with lsd to handle this power properly.
