Handsfree Install in V70? - Specifically 9204981/9481151

Hi all... I'm looking to install a Motorola handsfree kit in a colleague's 01 v70 t5 - I've been told that p/n 9204981 will get me a power and a ground off of the radio harness which is a very nice thing - but I've also been told to use pn 9481151, which I have no idea about - anyone know what this part acctually is? Also, if anyone has any tips/experience with this vehicle or any problems I should look out for, please let me know...
