Shock/Spring and rotor replacement S70 1998

Thanks for the input. Trust me I go through brake pads. I just had my front and rear pads replaced. Second time for the rear pads and probably at least 4 times for the front. My rear rotors were replaced under warranty at about 35K. A bad batch had been put on the car originally. I am noticing a slight grinding noise when I brake I think from the front end this is why I was questioning rotor replacement. I have been using the PBR deluxe pads the last few times. I like the fact of a lot less brake dust. Any suggestions for no slotted rotors and where to purchase rotors and shocks?
