High Miles/Few Years - Good or Bad? V70-XC70

I considering getting a base v70. It's a 2000 with 100,000 miles on it. As long as it was serviced, I don't see that as a detriment as compared to a 1997 with 100,000 miles. As far as I concerned, with routine maintenance, no reason that it shouldn't easily go to 200,000 or beyond, even if the next 100,000 miles were at a leisurely 15K per year.

Any Thoughts?
