rubber elbow on manifold help 850

I took a look at my vacuum elbow at the manifold near the power steering pump and it has a gapping hole in it. I wish to fix this and looked at bay13.

My question is. Where does this line run to? How much of the line has to be replaced? Is it just the rubber elbow that needs replacing? Can I simply cut the end off and re-insert.
