Hesitation on acceleration 850 1993

I posted awhile back that I was having problems with a hesitation when I would start out from a dead stop. I even had my car die on me twice. I had no A2 Fuel or A6 ignition codes. I just had my 120k service about 20k ago so I shouldn't need new plugs or anything. I cleaned the flame trap. I still had the problem but since then the problem kind of went away. Then I filled up with gas the other day and all of the sudden the problem is back. I am down to about 3/4 of a tank and it still does it but it's not as bad. Could there be a reason that a full tank of gas would cause this? Seems very odd to me. If it was bad gas or something I would think that it would do it all the time not just when the tank was full. If anyone has any ideas of what I can check I would appriciate it. My tune up 20k miles ago should have changed my fuel filter but I will probably go ahead and change it anyway.

Thanks
