V70 reliability V70-XC70

Hi all,
We're 2 happy owners of a 95 & 96 non-turbo 850 sedan's but wife would like to buy wagon and we're strongly looking for 1999 or 2000 V70 (non-turbo).
850's are renowned for having failures with the A/C evaporator, engine's rear main seal, ABS/Tracs controller module , air pump, gear position sensor switch (PNP switch), heater blower motor, cooling fan ect... but we NEVER had so far, those major problems with our cars. (knocking on wood !)We had only "minor" problems with the dash light bulbs ,clogged windshield washer check valve, heated seats, antenna mast, vinyl roof strips peeling off, glove boxes that don't open ect
I'm not familiar with the S/V/C70 series, can anyone give me the pros and or cons
of the V70, I'm looking for comments/hints as to what I'm getting into for reliability of this car. Thanks
