DTC problems 850 1995

Is there any other thing not working in the car? I had same situation a couple of months ago. SRS light came on, radio and all heater fan went dead. And no response from the code box. After replacing the bad relay everything went back to normal including the code box. You may try checking for the fuses first, and then make a continuity check. If you need the procedure, I think I'll have it at home. I may try to locate it and send it when I get home.
