For me, it's a bit strange how far some of the guys would go. I just can't understand why would someone buy a $30k car and then invest 10s thousands in it adding shark gills, huge spoilers, putting money into kits and stuff to make it look different. Why not buy a ~$50k car at the beginning? I too would like to add some performance upgrades to my car, but I'd like to keep it as subtle as possible on the outside. It's just taste I guess.
