Thinking about buying this '96 850 850

I bought a 96 850 last May with 108k on it for $6000. In the past year I had to do the rear main seal, AC evaporator, trunk struts, and PNP switch. I still have a failed Air pump & valve that I haven't touched.
This is a great car if you like to work on cars all the time. Make sure these things have been done on yours or deduct the appropriate $$ for them. Based on the mileage, and, if none of these have been done, I figure he owes you about $500 to take the car :)
And I also replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor and fuel filter, but that was because I just hit 120k and I wanted to.
