problem with idle speed 400 1992

I checked the hoses and cleaned them.I also sprayed with some sealant.Then i started the test sequence and when it got to the idle valve i heard 5 buzzing clicks, definetly not a constant smooth,as you call it, sound.Next i did something stupid:(.I turned on the engine with the diag box connected(did not press the button).I immedietly realized what i did and killed the engine.It then gave me these fault codes two times in a row:122(air temp sensor) ,212(oxygen sensor signal) ,223(idle valve signal).I hope i did not screw it up.I am waiting instructions,thanks.
